Ultra-thin, dimensionally stable and wear resistant
We apply the waver-thin dimensionally stable chrome plating with special tools. Chrome plating is extremely suited for precision-built mould components and low-tempered tooling steels. Due to the low processing temperature, of less than 60ºC. Final machining is redundant. The coating is exceptionally suited for several kinds of tools, instruments, stamps and cutting equipment.
Additionally, we are able to apply MCP® Micro Chrome Plating in combination with a dimensionally stable electroless nickel coating, to ensure superior corrosion protection. The plating is suitable for most types of tools steel, copper, brass, bronze and aluminium.
