Uniform coating thickness
Electroless nickel is extremely suited for complex shapes which are impossible to process galvanically and products that need a very precise layer thickness. The big advantage compared to electronical (galvanically) processing is the uniform layer thickness with high precision, in which properties such as corrosion protection, wear-prevention and the ability to mechanically process are ensured. Additionally, we work with different electroless nickel coatings: low, middle, and high phosphorus and nickel-chrome combinations.
