Dimensionally stable chrome plating

Hard chrome is a conductive process suited for a hard wear resistant plating on metallic surfaces. We can apply every desired coating thickness on metals, steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminium, brass, and nickel steel. The unique combination of characteristics makes this plating highly sought after for various applications. The low processing temperature (< 60ºC) makes deformation impossible and ensures that hardened compartments can be treated with the necessary knowledge.

We can apply chrome plating dimensionally stable depending on the plating thickness and design. Post-processing is unnecessary, which results in a lower cost and processing time. If the demanded plating thickness cannot be applied, we can put on a plating in excess and grind it to the desired measurements.

No chromium-6 in the applied layer

In the past couple of years, more information has been discovered about the long-term effects of working with Chromium-6. The liquid of the chrome bath contains Cr-6. Our chroming process meets the strictest regulations and chroming only happens in an enclosed environment with protective equipment, whereby the emission for people and the environment are negligible. CZL Tilburg takes all necessary precautions to ensure that there is No Cr-6 present in the end product.
